Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team.

2. Message Credits

Message credits are non-refundable once purchased. These credits represent a prepaid allocation for WhatsApp conversation fees collected by Meta, which we pay on your behalf and cannot recover.

3. Pro-rated Refunds

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day period, you will not receive a refund, but your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Enterprise Plans

Refunds for Enterprise or custom contract plans are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of the individual agreement.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email billing@sendzox.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately pending investigation.
