Refund Policy

1. Trial and Early Cancellation

New subscriptions are eligible for refund requests within the initial onboarding period, subject to billing review.

2. Message Credits

Usage-linked message and conversation credits are non-refundable once consumed or allocated to platform execution.

3. Renewal Charges

Renewal fees are generally non-refundable after cycle start, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.

4. Enterprise Contracts

Enterprise billing, credits, and refunds are governed by contracted commercial terms.

5. Request Process

Submit refund requests to billing@sendzox.com with account details and invoice reference for verification.
