Do I need a Verified Facebook Business Manager?
To use the official WhatsApp Business API, Meta requires business verification. However, you can start testing immediately in the Sandbox environment while you complete verification.
What is the difference between Session and Template messages?
Session messages are free-form messages sent within a 24-hour window of a user initiating a conversation. Template messages are pre-approved notifications (like OTPs or shipping updates) that can be sent outside the 24-hour window and incur a per-conversation cost charged by Meta.
Does SendZox charge a markup on WhatsApp fees?
No. On our Professional and Enterprise plans, we pass through Meta's conversation charges directly with zero markup. You only pay for the software subscription.
Can I migrate my existing WABA number to SendZox?
Yes! We support number migration. Our support team can guide you through the process of transferring your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) to our BSP or connecting it directly.
